Employee Enhancement Program open for self-nominations

Tinker Air Force Base’s Employee Enhancement Program data call announcement date will continue through Feb. 27. EEP applicants will be selected on a competitive basis from self-nominating participants who desire to use the program’s tools to advance in their careers.

The program is designed to increase knowledge and help broaden an employee’s scope of Tinker AFB. Participants will learn about our business processes and improve their leadership and personal skills, as well as their capabilities to manage change and establish employee networks.

Applicants will be accepted from the Air Force Sustainment Center Directorates - Tinker AFB, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center - Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex, 72nd Air Base Wing, 448th Supply Chain Management Wing,  Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center Directorates, Defense Logistics Agency Directorates, Navy and the 552nd Air Control Wing in civilian pay grades GS-9 through GS-12 (Acquisition Demonstration (AcqDemo) equivalent); and WG-10 through WS-14, including WL/WS-09.

Information regarding instructions for the self-nomination and application process will be disbursed by organizational training managers. Forms can also be found on https://wwwmil.tinker.af.mil/ets/ops_EEP_overview.asp under Professional Development/EEP Data Call.

Self-nomination begins by submitting the completed digital forms to the 72FSS.FSDET@us.af.mil organizational box. All resumes and employee assessments must be submitted by
Feb. 27. The supervisor must submit the supervisor worksheet by March 13. Only digital applications will be accepted.

Selections will be announced in mid-June and the program start date is Oct. 5.

To be considered for the EEP, applicants must have completed three years of service with the federal government prior to the program’s Oct. 1 start date.
