The State of Oklahoma is experiencing a large number of unemployment compensation claims being filed as a result of businesses shutting down in response to COVID-19.   As a result of these filings, the Civilian Personnel Office has received several calls from current employees who have had claims initiated on their behalf that they did not file.   If you receive information from the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission or you believe that you are a victim of unemployment compensation fraud, please contact AFPC at 1-800-525-0102 Option 2.   AFPC is working closely with the State of Oklahoma to ensure benefits are only paid out to employees who are entitled to receive such benefits.
