Employee Enhancement Program accepting applications

Tinker Air Force Base’s Employee Enhancement Program will be accepting self-nominations for fiscal 2022 from Jan. 19 to March 5, 2021.

Information regarding instructions for self-nomination and application process will be disbursed by your organizational training manager. Information and forms can also be found on https://wwwmil.tinker.af.mil/ets/mt.asp under EEP Data Call

Self-nomination begins by reading and submitting the digital forms found on https://wwwmil.tinker.af.mil/ets/mt.asp to the 72FSS.FSDET@us.af.mil org box.  All forms, including resumes and employee assessments (must be submitted by the applicant only) and the supervisor endorsement, must be received by March 5.  Applications must be completed and submitted digitally. Handwritten applications will not be accepted.

Applicants must be in a civilian pay grade of GS-09 through GS-12 (AcqDemo equivalent) or WG-08 through WS-14 (includes WL/WS-09) at the start of the program, and have completed three years of service with the federal government by Oct. 1 of the application year.  Current Palace Acquire, Copper Cap, Pathways, Career-Conditional (less than three years civilian employment) or Temporary Employees are not eligible to participate in EEP.
