Tinker Club is closed Saturday through Monday for President's Day.
   A Sunday Champagne Brunch will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 24. The menu consists of eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, Alaskan crab legs, peel and eat shrimp, smoked salmon, fried shrimp, clam strips, carved top round of beef and fried chicken tenders, assorted salads and vegetables, chocolate fountain, fresh fruit and a dessert and ice cream station. All beverages are included. The price is $16.95 for adult members; $18.95 for adult nonmembers, $7.95 for child members and $9.95 for nonmember children. Children under 4 eat free.    Singers 18 and older who are interested in signing up for Tinker Idol should e-mail Maurice Smith at maurice.smith@tinker.af.mil. There is no cost to enter the competition and all contestants need to be Tinker ID card holders. Dependents are invited to participate as long as they are valid ID card holders. The competition is for individual singers only, no group performances.
   Contestants must provide their music, keeping in mind that all types of music are welcome with the exception of explicit lyrics. The Tinker Club has sound equipment so contestants simply need to come and sing.
   Tinker Idol tryouts will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. April 4 at the club. Anyone wishing to try out is encouraged to sign up in advance with Mr. Smith. The semi-finals will be held April 18, and the finale will take place April 25 where someone will be named the Tinker Idol and win $500 cash! Prizes of $300 and $200 will be awarded for second and third places.
   Texas Hold 'Em is back at 6 p.m. every Tuesday. Cost is $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers. Prizes of $200 for first, $75 for second and $25 for third place will be awarded in the form of Visa gift cards or credit to any Visa or MasterCard.    Own-your-own bar: For an evening to host a private party for at least 50 of your closest friends. Perfect for birthday parties, promotional parties, anniversaries or whatever the occasion, the bar could be yours, and we'll even change the name for the night. The cost is just $500 and includes a $100 bar tab and food; 100 drummettes, 100 taquitos, 100 meatballs and one tray of layered dip with chips. Call Tinker Club at 734-3418 for more information.
   Super social hour with reduced drink prices is held from 4 to 5 p.m. Fridays in both lounges. From 5 to 6 p.m., club members may enjoy free hors d'oeuvres. A progressive club card drawing starts at $300. There will be two drawings each week at 5:30 p.m. and again at 6:30 p.m. The winner must be present. The jackpot increases by $100 each week until it is won. There will be a $50 consolation prize drawn after the 6:30 p.m. drawing if the jackpot is not won.
   In the Tinker Club's First Friday $500 Cash Drawing, members receive one ticket per day when making a purchase. The member brings the cards back the first Friday of the next month and drops them into a drum for a $500 cash drawing. The next drawing will be at 6 p.m. March 7 and only tickets gathered during February will be entered.
   Rosie's Officer Lounge opens at 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays. The John Ivory Enlisted Lounge is open at 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and at 3 p.m. Saturdays. Closing times at the lounges are at management's discretion based on patronage.
