AFMC standardizes on-boarding, civilian acculturation

New civilian employees attend orientation during the first days of service at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. A new, standardized Air Force Materiel Command Civilian Acculturation Program standardizes and streamlines the on-boarding process across the command. A key aspect of the model centers on a four-day on-boarding expectation for new employees, including completion of new employee orientation, total force awareness training, common access card acquisition and unit in-processing requirements.
