Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center Manpower and Personnel Directorate

12/1/2011 - TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla.  -- The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center is accepting applications for the Employee Enhancement Program scheduled to begin in April.

The EEP program is a leadership and knowledge enhancement program designed to develop and broaden participants' leadership skills and knowledge of the mission, structure, and business activities of key organizations at Tinker Air Force Base. The program lasts for one year and encompasses classroom work, briefings, tours, activities, seminars and meetings. Participants must commit to meeting for one initial one-week session and meeting one or two days each month, thereafter (consistent attendance is paramount).

To be considered, applicants must be OC-ALC, 448th Supply Chain Management Wing, 498th Missile Sustainment Wing and Defense Logistics Agency Aviation-OKC employees, in grades GS-9 through GS-12 or WG-10 through WS-14.

Those interested should request/obtain a Nomination Report Individual Product through their respective organizational training monitor/s and then submit the NOMRIP through the applicant's supervisor to the applicable wing/directorate level (contact your applicable training manager for specific organizational procedures). Applicants will be competitively selected.

Requests for NOMRIPS must be submitted to your training manager no later than Dec. 19 and completed applications must be submitted to OC-ALC/DPDF (EEP) to the attention of Tim Collins, no later than Jan. 9 for consideration.
