The Small Business Office is responsible to the Commander for management of:

  • OC-ALC Small Business
  • Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVB)
  • Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB)
  • Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone)
  • Woman-Owned Business (WOB)
  • Historically Black Colleges & Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI)
  • Source Development (SD) Programs.

The staff works to enhance acquisition opportunities for small businesses in support of the Air Force mission. The Small Business Office is the initial point of contact for businesses seeking contracting opportunities with OC-ALC.

The Director is responsible for establishing policy for the installation's small business and source development programs and managing and overseeing daily program operations.

tabSource Development Specialists 
The Source Development Specialists are the source development (SD) technical assistants to the director and manager of the SD program for OC-ALC. They are the points of contact for contractors seeking source approval for new manufacture and/or overhaul/repair of aircraft, jet engine, and instrument spare parts for OC-ALC.
