What is a Wingman? The term Wingman stems from a time-honored tradition within the Air Force flying community that essentially says a lead pilot will never lose his or her Wingman. It's a promise, a pledge, a commitment between Airmen who fly. Now our leadership wants to cultivate and instill this same culture of commitment within all Tinker AFB military members, as well as our civilian employees in all career fields and specialties.
