Chief Master Sgt. Stephanie D. Orawiec is the Command Chief of the 507th Air Refueling Wing, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. She serves as the senior enlisted advisor to the Wing Commander, providing counsel on matters affecting the readiness, training, utilization, discipline, and professional development of more than 1,100 Total Force Airmen across three groups and eleven squadrons. The 507th ARW operates and maintains eight KC-135R Stratotanker aircraft, delivering global aerial refueling, aeromedical evacuation, airlift support, and nuclear alert capabilities in support of Air Mobility Command, United States Strategic Command, And Air Education and Training Command Missions. Additionally, Chief Orawiec Functions as the functional manager for the wing’s First Sergeants, overseeing the leadership, development, and care of the enlisted force.

Chief Master Sgt. Orawiec enlisted in the Air Force Reserve in September 2000 and graduated from the Aerospace Medical Service Apprentice Course in September 2001. Chief Master Sgt. Orawiec has supported multiple contingency operations including Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM while serving at Peterson SFB, Colorado, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, and at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Prior to her current position she served as the Squadron Senior Enlisted Leader, 302d Mission Support Group, 302d Airlift Wing, Peterson SFB, Colorado.
