SMSgt Vincent Vignale is the Senior Enlisted Leader at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. He provides strategic leadership to a team of over 9,000 military and civilian professionals, contributing to the delivery of combat power for America. He advises the Commander on the readiness and well-being of this diverse workforce, which executes programmed depot maintenance and modifications on a wide array of aircraft, including the KC-46, KC-135, B-1B, B-52, E-3, and Navy E-6. Furthermore, he champions the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of critical engines such as the F100, F101, F108, F110, F117, F118, F119, F135, and TF33, along with numerous commodities, supporting the Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and foreign military sales partners. His leadership is instrumental in executing the Commander's strategic vision for sustaining a global, mission-critical aircraft battle damage repair capability across multiple weapon systems, enhancing operational readiness worldwide.

The Senior entered the Air Force in October 2007 through the Delayed Entry Program in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He completed Aerospace Propulsion Technical training in February of 2008, and has since held a variety of positions related to aircraft maintenance and sortie production. Additionally, he has experience deploying the Pacific theater and southeast Asia to support expeditionary operations. Sergeant Vignale has delivered results in Global Strike Command, Air Education and Training Command, U.S. Air Forces in Europe, and Air Mobility Command and Air Force Material Command. His Aircraft Experience includes the B-52, KC-10A, C-17, C-5 and KC-46.

Prior to his position, Sergeant Vignale was the Sortie Support Superintendent at the 605^th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.
