WAYDE L. LOFLIN
Wayde L. Loflin is the Vice Director, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. As the Vice Director, he serves a 10,500-personnel team responsible for over $3B in revenue. The Complex performs programmed depot maintenance on the B-1B, B-52, C/KC-135, E-3 aircraft; enhanced phase maintenance-heavy (EPM-H) on the Navy E-6 aircraft, letter checks on the KC-46A and maintenance, repair and overhaul of F100, F107, F108, F110, F117, F118, F119, F135 and TF33 engines for the Air Force, Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, Navy, Marine and foreign military sales. Additionally, the Complex oversees the maintenance, repair and overhaul of a myriad of Air Force, Navy and Marine airborne accessory components and the development and sustainment of a diverse portfolio of mission critical software.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Loflin was the Director, Financial Management, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex. As the Director, he served the Complex as the Chief Financial Officer responsible for over $3B in revenue. He provided long-range fiscal planning and goal setting for the Complex. Oversaw all financial operations to include execution monitoring and reporting of financial status on Net Operating Results, Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold, and Customer Orders.
Mr. Loflin began his federal career at Scott Air Force Base in Air Mobility Command in 1993 as a PALACE Acquire intern. His career has spanned the spectrum of budget analysis, cost analysis, accounting and finance, and depot maintenance workloading and budgeting at the base, MAJCOM and Air Logistics Complex.
