Tinker Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) Job club is an Interactive workshop that provides transitioning Service Members and Military Spouses an opportunity to hear from top employers on what each industry is looking for in the ideal candidate. Participants come “dress for success” and ready to practice the interviewing & resume skills they have learned in the A&FRC Employment Readiness Workshops. Employers conduct interviews, review resumes, and answer questions to prepare the participant for their employment goals, while networking with possible prospects in a mock hiring event environment.
