TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. --
There is still a week and a half left to create a card and show your squadron spirit in the annual Holiday Card Competition.
All squadrons, base and private organizations are invited to participate in the annual competition, hosted by the 72nd Force Support Squadron. This year's theme is "Squadron Spirit."
Cards must be on 4-foot by 8-foot plywood, which is available at Outdoor Recreation, Bldg. 478.
Cash prizes are up for grabs. First place wins $400, second place takes home $300, third place wins $200 and fourth place receives $100.
Cards will be displayed on Arnold Street between Tinker Gate and the golf course starting the first week in December. Completed cards are due at Outdoor Recreation by noon Nov. 29. When creating your card, keep in mind that electricity is not available.
Don't forget to bring your entry form with you when picking up the plywood from Outdoor Recreation. For more information, email cathy.clark fleck@tinker.af.mil or call 734-2909.
