For July 27, Tinker AFB remains in HPCON Bravo Plus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The latest confirmed cases include 2 civilians from 72 ABW (CDC South), 2 OC-ALC civilians (B1055), and an AFNWC civilian (B469). Health officials are actively tracing all recent movements and contacts in conjunction with affected units and local health authorities. Anyone considered to have been exposed to increased risk will be contacted directly.

Defense Secretary Esper released a memorandum on July 21 for all DoD personnel, reinforcing Operations Security (OPSEC) and the importance of preventing unauthorized disclosures. This memorandum emphasizes the importance of OPSEC in protecting our forces, ensuring our mission success, and implementing the National Defense Strategy.
