Gym

In naming Tinker a “healthy community,” the Oklahoma Turning Point Council recognizes that the base is a healthy place to live, work, learn and play. Tinker’s walking/jogging trails, gyms and healthy food options were key elements in demonstrating that the base had adopted healthy practices and policies. The six categories in Tinker being named a healthy community were tobacco and alcohol, nutrition, physical activity, built environment/ transportation, health services and education/awareness.
