An F-5EM Tiger II aircraft belonging to the Brazilian Air Force Força Aérea Brasileira sits on a runway Aug. 2 at Canoas Air Force Base, Canoas, Brazil. Members of the U.S. Air Force International Engine Management Program, based at Tinker Air Force Base, visited Brazil July 27-Aug. 11 to help the ally create a standardized engine for the aircraft and reactivate and correlate engine test cells.
