Treatment plant

Will Wilson, an Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant operator with the 72nd Air Base Wing Civil Engineer Directorate, pulls water samples from basins where surface aerators work to reduce organic components. Water is checked several times daily to monitor for any spikes or changes and to check performance of the plant. Waste water flows into the treatment plant from industrial shops across Tinker where it is treated through several cleaning processes that remove contaminates before going to the Oklahoma City system for final treatment.
