3rd Herd mission
The 3rd Combat Communications Group deployed to Haiti in early February to establish communications for various U.S. forces providing relief to the earthquake stricken area. The 3rd Herd, as they are called, deployed with 94 tons of equipment that has helped them provide their customers with consistent communications by working nearly around the clock.
