• The preferred method to conduct business with the 72nd Comptroller Squadron is to contact us via the Comptroller Services Portal (CSP).

• Otherwise, we are by appointment only and do not offer walk in hours.

Comptroller Services Portal (CSP)

Finance PCS In-processing Briefing (Military Members Only)

All newly arrived active duty members are required to in-process with us within FIVE duty days after arriving on station so we can ensure you are gained to Tinker AFB, travel vouchers are processed, and your pay (e.g. BAH) and leave are correct.

Our In-Processing Briefing is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. Sign up at the following link to reserve your spot:

Please bring the following with you:
- At least one copy of your orders including amendments (ensure that nothing is cut off at the top of any pages)
- Any receipts from PCS expenses

Finance Retirement and Separation Briefing

Please schedule your Retirement and Separation briefing no later than 30 days prior to your final out to prevent delays to your base final out and final pay.

Our Retirement and Separations Briefing is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m.. Sign up at the following link to reserve your spot:

FMF - Military Pay: Separation & Retirement Out-Processing Brief

Please bring at least one copy of your retirement or separation orders with you.

If you require expedited orders, follow the steps below:

  1. Login into myFSS and type into the search bar “Separation Orders”. Once the link for it appears, click on it and you will be sent to the page to create the request.
  2. When you are on the “Separation Orders” page, scroll to the bottom and click on the “Create A Request” button to begin.
  3. Input your Terminal Leave Dates in the Subject Line and the Comment Box, along with any additional comments or dates you would like to add.
  4. Attach either your AF 988 Terminal Leave Form (from LeaveWeb) or your approved SkillBridge Submission form and submit.
  5. Once submitted, it should create a myFSS case for you that you can track and should take approximately 14 service days to process.
  6. If you do not attach your approved leave and input dates into the subject line, AFPC will delete your ticket.

*Please note that separation orders for SkillBridge programs will not be expedited and will be processed upon completion of the member’s SkillBridge program.
