3/19/2008 - TINKER AIR FORCE BASE -- The Gerrity Fitness and Sports Center is open 4:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. weekdays, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. holidays. 
   Bldg. 3705 Fitness Center hours are 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays. Tinker Fitness Center, Bldg. 216, is open 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays. Fitness Center West's hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. These centers are closed on weekends and federal holidays. 
   Access to Gerrity Fitness Center is limited to military ID card holders (active duty, retirees, reservists and their dependents) and civilian common access card holders from 6:30 to 8 a.m. and 3 to 6 p.m. weekdays. During these peak hours, patrons using the Gerrity Fitness Center are not allowed guests. 
   All military members, civilian employees, contract personnel and family members can use the base fitness facilities at no charge. Members First Plus! receive a 10 percent discount on classes. For more details, call the Gerrity Fitness Center at 734-3651, Bldg. 3705 at 734-6115, Tinker Fitness Annex at 734-2163 or Fitness Center West at 734-2227. 
   Bldg. 3705 Fitness Center 
   Massage therapist Tobi Brock is on board at the Bldg. 3705 Fitness Center. To schedule an appointment, call 524-3611 or 420-9516. A basic massage is $45 for one hour or $25 for 30 minutes. Swedish and deep tissue massages are $50 for one hour or $35 for 30 minutes. Sports massages are $40, reflexology is $40 for one hour and pregnancy massages are $50 for one hour. One hour weight loss combination of styles is $60 and a one hour medical massage is $60. 
   New Group Fitness Schedule: It's never too late to join a group fitness classes at the Bldg. 3705 Fitness Center. Class instructor Traci Fuhrman will lead the way for a thinner you. Cost is $3 per class or $20 per month for unlimited access to any class/any day. These 45-minute classes are offered Monday through Thursday. 
   Power cycling: Based on indoor cycling. This class includes sprints, hills, jumps and will definitely increase your heart rate. Class is held Mondays at 4 p.m. 
   Kick 'n tone: Spice up your workout with this intense cardio kickbox and strength workout, designed for all fitness levels! Class is at 4 p.m. Wednesdays. 
   Yoga: Want to gain strength, flexibility and relieve stress? Enjoy the all the benefits yoga has to offer at 3 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. 
   Cardio crunch: A cardio killer and abdominal workout all in one. Strengthen core muscles and get the six-pack abs you've always wanted in this class at 4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. 
   Get in shape at the Bldg. 3705 Fitness Center -- Free fitness assessment, exercise prescription, initial equipment demonstration and set-up, follow up by appointment. For details, call Brian Armstrong or Ira Anderson at 734-4664. 
   The following class is offered free of charge at the Bldg. 3705 Fitness Center. 
   Cardio Boxing: Punch, jab and jump rope your way into fitness with this 30 minute class at 11:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. 
   Tinker Fitness Annex 
   Free power cycling classes are offered at 6 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and at 7:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. 
   Power cycling classes are also held from 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cost is $3 per class. 
   Cycling is an indoor class based on outdoor riding. The instructor will lead participants through hills, flat lands and mountainous terrain. 
   Gerrity Fitness and Sports Center 
   The Gerrity Fitness and Sports Center offers free group exercise classes on weekdays. Classes offered are: 
   Cardio kickboxing is a high-energy class inspired by martial arts movements. Punch, kick and shuffle your way to fitness! Class is offered at 11 a.m. Mondays. 
   Power pump: Are you ready for the challenge? This hour-long barbell program challenges all major muscle groups using the exercises like squats, lunges, presses and curls. Get the results you are looking for! Classes are offered at 6 a.m. Thursdays and at 11 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. 
   Cardio fitness dance uses the latest dance moves, chart topping songs and retro classics to get people up and moving! Participants do not have to be dancers to enjoy this class. Finish with a 10-minute intense abdominal workout. Class is offered at 11 a.m. Wednesdays. 
   Yoga/Pilates are classes that build flexibility and strength. A structured series of stretches moves and poses to music create a workout that will enable participants to center their energy, improve balance and reduce stress. Class offered at 11 a.m. Fridays. 
   Super step is for the step maniacs who can't get enough choreography. It is an easy-to-follow step training class with lots of intensity. This class is great for beginners and experienced steppers alike. Class is offered at 5 p.m. Wednesdays. 
   Cardio party is just what the name says -- a cardio party! The hour is a combination of hi-lo routines, step, floor work, core conditioning and much more. Class is offered at 5 p.m. Mondays. 
   Yoga is a series of defined poses, concentrating on breathing and flexibility. Class is offered at 5 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
   Cycling is an indoor class based on outdoor riding. The instructor will lead cyclists through hills, flat lands and mountainous terrain. Participants "will" sweat! Classes are offered at 6 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and at 7:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Tinker Fitness Annex 216. 
   The following classes are designed for squadron physical training: 
   Boot Camp is a great total body workout. The instructor will have participants alternating between sprints, push-ups, abdominals, intervals and weight training. Classes are offered at 6 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 
   Fitness Challenge: This class will increase your heart rate, burn fat and calories. This class includes cardio combined with weight training. Classes are offered at 8 a.m. Mondays and Thursdays and 7:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Fridays. 
   Circuit Training: This class will have you alternating between step, running and resistance training. Classes are offered at 2 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
