The 72nd Force Support Squadron’s Civilian Training Office is currently accepting applications for the Employee Enhancement Program, scheduled to begin April 2017.

The EEP program is a leadership and knowledge enhancement program designed to develop and broaden participants’ leadership skills and knowledge of the mission, structure and business activities of key organizations at Tinker Air Force Base.  The program lasts for one year and encompasses classroom work, briefings, tours, activities, seminars and meetings. Participants will be meeting one or two days each month and must also commit to attending a weeklong skills development training session where consistent attendance is imperative.

To be considered, applicants must be Tinker employees in the Air Force Sustainment Center or Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, in grades GS-9 through GS-12 (and AcqDemo equivalent; in broadbands II, III, and IV), or WG-10 through WS-14.

Those interested should request/obtain a Nomination Report Individual Product (NOMRIP)/application package through their respective organizational training monitor and then submit the NOMRIP/application package through the applicant’s supervisor. Contact your applicable training manager for specific organizational procedures. Applicants will be competitively selected.

Requests for NOMRIPS must be submitted to training managers no later than Dec. 16 and completed applications must be submitted to 72nd FSS/FSDEC (EEP) to the attention of Tim Collins, no later than Jan. 13 for consideration.
