TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Tinker Air Force Base is open for normal business operations. Due to inclement weather, the 72nd Air Base Wing Commander has authorized a two-hour delayed reporting for 2nd (Swing) shift employees on Feb. 22. 3rd (Grave) shift employees will report for duty as normally scheduled on Feb. 22. Supervisors should use discretion on a case-by-case basis in granting unscheduled leave.

For the remainder of today, employees should use the following gates for access to the installation: Tinker Main Gate at 29th St and Air Depot, Lancer Gate on Douglas Ave, or Piazza Gate near 74th St and Midwest Blvd. All gates return to normal hours on 23 Feb.

Base personnel should continue to monitor the installation's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/tinkerairforcebase for Tinker operating status information. Personnel are reminded not to call, base operations, the Tinker Command Post or security forces for weather updates.
