Staff Sgt. Rafe Holmes, 72nd Security Forces Squadron, guides Col. Yvonne Spencer through Tinker Air Force Base’s Emergency Communication Center during her visit Oct. 30-31. Spencer, Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center Det. 6 commander, met with 72nd Air Base Wing leadership and had breakout sessions and tours with organizations across the wing to gain insight into installation needs to better advocate for AFIMSC resources.
