Bldg. 3001 cafeteria to provide meals to Reservists in March

TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. --  On March 2- 3, Tinker Air Force Base Reservists will receive their meals at the Bldg. 3001 Cafeteria, located on the south end of Bldg. 3001 in Area C, during the renovation of the Vanwey Dining Facility.

On Saturday, March 2, the cafeteria will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner to Reservists. On Sunday, March 3, only breakfast and lunch will be served.

Breakfast will be served between 5:30-7:00 a.m., lunch will be served between 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m., and dinner (Saturday only) will be served from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Flight meals for the March exercise have already been requested by units, but if there are any questions, contact the sustainment POC, Tech. Sgt. Corey Pitts, at 405-734-5532.

The schedule and location for Reservists’ dining arrangements over the remaining UTAs will be provided as information becomes available.

In the near future, the Vanwey Dining Facility’s Flight Kitchen will temporarily locate to Bldg. 5001, on the north side of the Tinker Airman and Family Readiness building in order to continue providing flight meals over the duration of the renovation of the dining facility. The dining facility is slated open Oct. 1.
