Tinker Air Force Base’s Employee Enhancement Program data call announcement date will be Jan. 27-Feb. 27. EEP applicants will be selected on a competitive basis from self-nominating participants who desire to use the program’s tools to advance in their careers.
The program is designed to increase knowledge and help broaden an employee’s scope of Tinker AFB. Participants will learn about our business processes and improve their leadership and personal skills, as well as their capabilities to manage change and establish employee networks. Tinker now has 1,461 EEP graduates who said the program was a positive growth experience.
Applicants will be accepted from the Air Force Sustainment Center, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Defense Logistics Agency and the 552nd Air Control Wing civilian personnel grades GS-9 through GS-12; Acquisition Demonstration (AcqDemo) equivalents in broadbands II, III and IV; or WG-10 through WS-14, including WL/WS-09.
Information regarding instructions for the self-nomination and application process will be disbursed by organizational training managers. Forms can also be found on https://wwwmil.tinker.af.mil/ets/ops_EEP_overview.asp under EEP Data Call beginning Jan. 27.
Self-nomination begins by submitting the completed digital forms to the 72FSS.FSDET@us.af.mil organizational box. All resumes and employee assessments must be submitted by Feb. 27. The supervisor must submit the supervisor worksheet by March 13. Only digital applications will be accepted.
Selections will be announced in mid-June and the program start date is Oct. 5.
There will be three locations where town hall meetings will be held regarding information for EEP. All applicants, training managers and supervisors are encouraged to attend:
9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Jan. 22 in Bldg. 9001’s Assembly Conference Room
9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Jan. 23 in Bldg. 3001’s Patriot Conference Room at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
2:30 p.m. Jan. 23 in Bldg. 201’s Room 12
To be considered for the EEP, applicants must have completed three years of service with the federal government prior to the program’s Oct. 1 start date.
