The 72nd Medical Group Pharmacy requests that patients plan ahead in case there is a decrease in service or closure of the pharmacy due to COVID-19.

Maj. Karl Bituin, 72nd Medical Group flight commander, said patients may be temporarily required to switch prescriptions to home delivery or retail. Patients can get up to a 90-day supply of most medications.

Patients can switch prescriptions to home delivery by calling ExpressScripts at 877-363-1303 or visiting militaryrx.express-scripts.com/home-delivery.

Patients can find a retail network pharmacy by visiting militaryrx.express-scripts.com/find-pharmacy.

Patients are also encouraged to call the Military Treatment Facility refill line at 405-734-5514 to refill your prescriptions and check for changes to service offerings, closures, and resumption of services. MTF contacts are listed at tricare.mil/mtf.

If a patient doesn’t have any refills remaining they call their provider or send them a secure message at tricareonline.com or through the Secure Messaging Patient Portal at app.tolsecuremessaging.com and request that a new prescription be sent to either the ExpressScripts Tricare Pharmacy Delivery or a network pharmacy.
