For 5 May, Tinker AFB remains in HPCON Charlie due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In case you missed it, the Honorable Shon Manasco, performing the duties of undersecretary of the Air Force, visited Tinker and the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex on Apr 29 to observe how the Air Force Sustainment Center continues to meet the needs of the warfighter while overcoming challenges brought on by the coronavirus pandemic.  Honorable Manasco emphasized that “Our Airmen and Air Force civilian workforce have responded to this crisis with tremendous courage.  In the face of this unknown enemy, they have adapted and overcome. Each one of them has helped ensure long-term mission success.” Read the full article at https://www.tinker.af.mil/News/Article-Display/Article/2169857/under-secretary-manasco-visits-tinker-afb/

In addition, from 5 p.m. May 10, to 6 a.m. May 11,  HQ Cyberspace Capabilities Center will begin working an initiative to improve connectivity to the USAF provided Cloud Hosted Enterprise Services (CHES).   During this period, users may experience intermittent loss of portions of CHES including email, Skype, and Teams.  Your patience is appreciated.
