TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. --

For 9 June, Tinker AFB is now at HPCON Bravo due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  The latest COVID-19 confirmed case is a contractor from Base Civil Engineering who has been in quarantine since 29 May. Health officials are actively tracing all recent movements and contacts in conjunction with affected units and local health authorities. Anyone considered to have been exposed to increased risk will be contacted directly.

Oklahoma County

  • Oklahoma City-County Health Dept:
  • Free of charge COVID-19 testing
  • 2 testing sites
  • By appointment only
  • 405-425-4489
  • 7 to 10 days for results
  • Must file an ROI to get test results

Oklahoma State Health Department

  • 405-271-7774
  • By appointment only
  • Will send an email with an embedded bar code to be presented
  • Must have ID, must wear a mask, and only person being tested may be in vehicle
  • 3 to 8 business days to receive results
  • Must file an ROI to get test results
  • OSDH will send an email

Canadian County

  • Free of charge COVID-19 testing
  • Drive thru testing
  • No PPE required
  • No cap on how many individuals can be in the vehicle
  • Test turnaround for results is about 48 hrs
  • Two testing location El Reno and Yukon
  • Must make an appointment by calling 405-262-0042 to get tested because there is a limit of tests per day.

Cleveland County

  • Free of charge COVID-19 testing
  • Drive thru testing
  • No PPE required
  • No cap on how many individuals can be in the vehicle
  • For essential workers test  turnaround is 3-4 days
  • For non-essential test result turnaround is roughly 7 days
  • Must call 405-321-4048 ext. 409 or 410 to make appointment for COVID testing
