TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. --
For August 3, Tinker AFB remains in HPCON Bravo Plus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the weekend a case was reported for 552 ACW (B355). Health officials are actively tracing all recent movements and contacts in conjunction with affected units and local health authorities. Anyone considered to have been exposed to increased risk will be contacted directly.
The Department of the Air Force has launched a task force to address concerns regarding interpersonal violence among service members. The task force will ultimately develop recommendations for senior leadership review focused on improving Department policies, processes and actions in this area.
