Today’s Tinker Spotlight shines on Amy Tracy, a management and program analyst in the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex Business Office.

Tracy is responsible for overseeing the planning for all complex non-Science and Engineering hiring events and job fairs. She partners with 72nd Force Support Squadron recruiters to ensure ample candidate pools exist as well as manages the one on one relationships with the multiple Oklahoma City metro Career Technology Centers to ensure their graduates understand the job opportunities within the OC-ALC.

Tracy spearheaded the efforts to create candidate pools for aircraft engine mechanics, aircraft sheet metal mechanics and composite fabricators when the OC-ALC was awarded a new workload requirement. She partnered with 72nd Air Base Wing Public Affairs to utilize social media which created an expansive candidate pool of interested individuals mostly from the local Oklahoma City metro community. Her efforts directly supported the hiring needs of the 76th Propulsion Maintenance Group and the 76th Commodities Maintenance Group by identifying and securing the manpower needed to successfully implement the new workload.
