Those who sign up to stand watch must attend a practice session. The sessons are scheduled for 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sept. 6 and Sept. 7. The uniform of the day for the duration of the vigil will be short-sleeved blues shirt with tie or tab (or service equivalent) for military members and slacks (no jeans) and collared shirt (tucked in) for civilians and contractors.
