The Tinker Junior Force Council is holding a Career Development Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 25 in Bldg. 3001.

The fair will showcase the educational opportunities available to federal employees and dependents. In addition to partnering with colleges, universities and trade schools; the fair recognizes various base organizations and programs.

The Junior Force Council targets the base's junior workforce -- new federal employees and federal employees ranked at GS-11 and below -- in mentoring, training and career development opportunities while striving to empower each member to contribute value to their organization and have an impact within the Air Force.

The overall vision of the JFC is to use perspectives, opinions and ideas of the junior force, while exploring the organizational issues facing Team Tinker as it moves toward the future. JFC provides information and interactive workshops on resumé building and other programs, such as the Supervisor Development Program.

Non-members wanting to know more about the future topics are welcome to attend JFC events. Meetings are scheduled the last Thursday of the month. Check the posted flyers for more information or visit the JFC website, listed under Quick Links on the Tinker home page.
