This month, the second in the series on services available for Tinker civilian employees focuses on what Civilian Health Promotion Services offers.

CHPS Tinker can provide more than 40 different classes for base personnel (active duty are welcome too) on a wide range of topics.

Classes run approximately 30 minutes and Fit for Fife time may be used.

Also, CHPS Tinker can set up a free Cardiac Risk Profile screening at your workplace for Department of Defense civilians. The CRP screening checks for total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, glucose, BMI and blood pressure. Arrangements can be made to offer a free health education class or free CRP screening for all shifts, including swing and graveyard.
