Governer issues burn ban for 45 OK counties

Governor Mary Fallin issued an Executive Proclamation banning outdoor
burning for 45 counties.

County Commissioner Burn Bans remain in effect in counties not covered by
the Governor's proclamation.

1. Map showing red counties (Governors Burn Ban) and yellow counties (County
Commissioner Burn Bans). This map is accurate as of 0800 July 14, 2011 but
for the most updated map visit www.forestry.ok.gov/burn-ban-information as
county burn bans are changing frequently.

the actual County Commissioner resolution can be read for what is allowed
and prohibited in those counties under burn ban but not under Governor Burn
Ban.
