2nd Lt. Alecia Campbell
72nd Contracting Squadron
Lieutenant Campbell has demonstrated maturity and leadership skills far beyond her first year of service as a contract specialist. She spent months of hard work planning and executing the 72nd Mission Support Group change of command ceremony. She managed seven service contracts worth $50 million, 24 operational contracts worth more than $50 million and renegotiated a $20 million custodial contract saving the Air Force $891,000. Her work on the fiscal 2008 financial closeout resulted in 17 contracts being awarded valued at $151,000.
Lieutenant Campbell led her squadron's Unit Control Center operation managing five exercises. She also served as a key leader for the 2008 Tinker Air Force Ball committee. During Phase II of the two Operational Readiness Exercises she acted as the officer in charge.

Amanda McGovern
72nd Force Support Squadron
Ms. McGovern's enthusiasm and passion as the caterer at the Tinker Club made her an important part of the wing's force support team. She successfully planned and executed the Balfour Beatty housing grand opening ceremony reception. She partnered with the Boeing Company to host an offsite breakfast and full service luncheon for regional executives. During the Tinker Aerospace Complex grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony reception, she demonstrated outstanding performance in staging the event.
Ms. McGovern recently completed a master's degree in business administration enhancing further prospects of career advancement.

727th ACSG awards

The 727th Aircraft Sustainment Group recently announced its Employees of the Quarter award winners for the fourth quarter 2009.
Winners are:

· GS-8 to 11: Sara Pope, 546th ACSS (C-12)
· GS-12 t0 15: Kevin Chambless, 546th ACSS (E-4)
· Staff Officer: Pat Zimmerman, OM
· CGO: 1st Lt Mark Demianovich, 546th ACSS (E-4)
