72nd Air Base Wing announces Wildcatter Awards Published Nov. 19, 2009 72nd Air Base Wing TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- 1st Lt. Heather Boytim 72nd Air Base Wing Public Affairs Lieutenant Boytim serves as chief of Multi Media in the 72nd ABW's Public Affairs Office. She recently completed a two week temporary assignment in support of Exercise Ardent Sentry. During the exercise, Lieutenant Boytim provided Public Affairs support to the Army North commander and was responsible for preparing unit leadership with information and training needed to properly and effectively engage with the media during press conferences, interviews and during photo shoots. She was also selected and attended Air Force Week events in Sacramento, Calif. Her observations resulted in numerous ideas that will help Tinker prepare in the event we are selected to sponsor an Air Force Week event that provides opportunities. Aleta Ginn 72nd Air Base Wing Human Resources Ms. Ginn's strong civilian personnel background has made her an integral member of the wing's Human Resource team. Ms. Ginn has expertly initiated tracked and quality checking more than 800 personnel actions so far this year. Additionally, she created a tracking tool that provides critical information on the status of all wing civilian personnel actions and has built a comprehensive training program that is being used to successfully train a co-worker. Ms. Ginn was also nominated and accepted into the highly competitive Employee Enhancement Program, has recently completed an associate's degree in General Studies and is currently enrolled in and working towards a bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
