Shawna Weaver, assistant director,
Child Development Center West, 72nd FSS/FSFCW

As the assistant director of the Child Development Program, Shawna Weaver ensures the program meet wide-ranging accreditation standards, enhancing the quality of care for Tinker. She organizes and maintains 45 documentation files. She developed a flight-wide database that tracks Family Care Plans to monitor and maintain emergency information for military families. In an effort to serve Tinker's families better and save the program money she streamlined several payment processes into one automatic payment. This process reduces the credit card fees for the center and eliminates the need for the customer to physically "pay" every week
