76th MXW announces 6S awards Published Aug. 21, 2009 By 76th Maintenance Wing TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Brig. Gen. Bruce Litchfield, 76th Maintenance Wing commander, recognized the wings top shops with quarterly 6S awards held Aug 18. The winning teams were: Industrial category: The Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory freed up 77 feet of floor space that was "so clean you could eat off it." Team members: Daniel Sifuentes, Sylvia Garcia, Aaron Long, Kevin Cullins, Charles Clear, Timothy McIntosh, Ernest Vidal, Paul Johnson and Dustin Thompson. Office category: The 76th MXW/QA team organized cabinets, kept area free of clutter and "maintained a positive 6S attitude." Team members: Linda Williams, Steve Rybicki, Jeff Santiago, Eric Miller, Connie Jacobson and Daniel McCabe. Storage Category: The Bldg. 3225 Stowage team maintained a well cleaned storage area with "exceptional" labeling and the area is "crisp and clean." Team members: Darrell Chambers and Jacob Brown.
