While captain Paul Pitcovich and first mate Mike Doan from the Defense Information Systems Agency had the most unique boat design, it was not quite the fastest. The “DISA Chain Gang” boat and her crew did, however, take the consolation prize of a $250 credit toward their squadron for a unit function using specified 72nd Force Support Squadron facilities.
