Summer Camp sign-up under way

TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Registration for the 2009 Summer Camp Program in now under way at the Tinker Youth Center. The camp program consists of 12 sessions, which began May 22 and run through Aug. 24. This program is for children and youth who have completed kindergarten through sixth grade. Parents must bring the following documentation when registering:

· Copy of sponsor's most recent LES and spouse's pay stub.

· Check or cash for non-refundable deposit, equal to $10 per week of care requested (deposits will be prorated back into the weekly fees).

· Current AF 357 or OPNNAV 1740 Family Care Plan if military.

· Copy of divorce decree or affidavit, if applicable.

· Valid credit or debit card for payment processing.
