ILDP data call Published April 30, 2009 By Maj. Carrie Clear OC-ALC/DPD TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla., -- The Intermediate Leader Development Program begins its second year today with a data call for participants. The program helps senior management identify local career-broadening assignments and offer developmental training and educational opportunities to GS12-14 and NSPS Pay Band two equivalents, and WS16-19 civilian employees. Several changes have been made since the program's inaugural run -- the biggest of which is an electronic nomination process. Interested employees can submit their Individual Development Plan and upload a current career brief online at https://cs.eis.afmc.af.mil/sites/DP/OC-ALC/ default.aspx, today through May 15. Current ILDP participants will not automatically be part of the new program - they must reapply to continue next year. Employees can also access the ILDP Registration page from the Tinker internal home site, under Quick Links.Supervisors and ILDP panel members will be able to view the packages online and complete Candidate Rating Worksheets on each of their participating employees. Those who have a master's degree, professional military education, have been in their current position at least two years and are willing to work in different areas of the air logistics center, Defense Logistics Agency or the 448th Supply Chain Management Wing are eligible. Employees who don't meet these filters, are invited to participate in other development opportunities.
