Finalists announced for Team Tinker Annual civilian awards April 25 Published April 3, 2009 By Team Tinker Awards TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla., -- Tickets are still available for the Team Tinker Civilian of the Year and Wiley Post Civilian Leadership Awards Banquet April 25 at the Reed Convention Center in Midwest City. Organizational ticket monitors are selling tickets until April 15. All finalists for the Team Tinker Civilian of the Year Award will be recognized and one winner from each of the six categories will receive a special recognition as the overall winner. The top three finalists for the Wiley Post Civilian Leadership Award will be recognized and one winner from each of the four categories will receive a special recognition as the overall winner.
