72nd MDG has openings for new patients Published Jan. 22, 2009 By 72nd Medical Group TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla., -- There is good news for military families looking to bring their medical care closer to home by signing on with a primary care provider at the 72nd Medical Group Clinic on Tinker. Primary care provider staffing at the 72nd MDG has recently improved and they are currently accepting enrollment for all active duty family members, including those currently enrolled with a civilian provider in the local community. In an announcement on the openings, the 72nd MDG stated: "There are many benefits to enrolling at the 72nd MDG. We understand the challenges and difficulties endured by Air Force families, your medical history is located in one location and we're convenient and easy -- you can book appointments through TRICARE online (www.tricareonline.com) or via telephone by calling 734-2778 and we're located on the base. " For questions, or to enroll at the 72nd MDG, stop by the TRICARE Service Center located in Bldg. 5801 (near Family Practice) between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. The TSC customer service professionals will walk members through the entire process.
