The EEP is a leadership and knowledge enhancement program designed to develop and broaden participants' leadership skills and knowledge of the mission, structure, and business activities of key organizations at Tinker Air Force Base. The program lasts for one year and encompasses classroom work, briefings, tours, activities, seminars and meetings. Participants must commit to meeting for one initial one-week session and meeting one or two days each month, thereafter.

To be considered, applicants must be OC-ALC employees (including those in the 72nd Air Base Wing), in grades GS-9 through GS-12, or WG-10 through WS-14 or NSPS equivalent. Those interested should request a Nomination Report Individual Product through their respective organizational training monitors and then submit the NOMRIP through their supervisor to the applicable wing-level.

Requests for NOMRIPS must be submitted to your training manager by Dec. 15 and completed applications must be submitted to 72nd FSS/FSDT (EEP) to the attention of Tim Collins, by Dec. 31 for consideration. For more information, call Mr. Collins at 739-5472. Applicants will be competitively selected.
