The Tinker Care Network is made up of agencies which provide a wide variety of helping services to the base population. A good wingman knows the sources of help and passes it on when there's a need, whether it is physical, emotional, spiritual or social.

   Alcohol & Drug Abuse Prevention & Treatment Program, Drug Demand Reduction Program Phone: 734-7141 
   ADAPT and DDRP provides the following programs for all TRICARE eligible beneficiaries over the age of 18:

   Victim advocacy services for survivors of sexual assault; coordination with off-base services. Provides command briefings and training. Selects and trains volunteer advocates.

   The Victim Witness Assistance Program is available to anyone who is a victim or witness of a crime committed by an active duty member.
