Though it seems bowling a 300 game has become commonplace during the Commanders Trophy Bowling League this season, the actual accomplishment is still thrilling. On Feb. 20, Charles Williams, 654th Combat Logistics Support Squadron, became the most recent bowler to experience perfection.
"This was the first 300 game of my nine-year bowling career," said Williams, who had to endure some malfunctions on the lanes heading into the tenth frame.
"I was really nervous heading into the tenth," he said. "There were two separate pin jams and a total of four re-rack of pins before I had the chance to start bowling again.
Williams will receive a ring from the United States Bowling Congress signifying his 300 game.
