Lease signing events planned

TINKER AIR FORCE BASE -- Beginning Feb. 26, GMH Military Housing is hosting a three day signing event at the Tinker Club.
   "The lease signing event is by neighborhood," said Cindy Murillo, GMH Community manager. Ms. Murillo said GMH will have all necessary support personnel available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Feb. 26, 27 and 28 at the Tinker Club with lease signings scheduled for the following neighborhoods and times:
   Senior Officer's Quarters, 9 a.m. to noon Feb. 26
   Twining Fields, noon to 7 p.m. Feb. 26
   Mitchell Heights, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Feb. 27
   Vandenberg Hills East, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Feb. 27
   McNarney Manor, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Feb. 28
   Vandenberg Hills West, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Feb. 28
   Both the service member and his or her spouse must be present to sign the lease. If service members can't be present, the spouse or person acting on their behalf will need a special power of attorney to sign the lease on behalf of the service member.
   The base legal office officials can assist in providing special powers of attorney.
   Residents who aren't able to make the lease signing event for their neighborhood should call GMH, Military Housing at 610-3637 to get information or schedule an appointment to sign their lease and completing the necessary forms to receive important information about housing privatization.
   The new GMH housing office is set up for your convenience at 5358 Chidlaw, in the housing area. All forms and leases are also available on Tinker's Housing Privatization Web site: http://www.tinker.af.mil/housingprivatization/.
