76th MXW Training Office launches new program

The 76th Maintenance Wing Training office has launched a new employee enhancement program to the wing.
   Worldwide Interactive Program is an easy to use self-study program to increase essential workplace skills, at work or in the comfort of your home. Regardless of your educational level, this computer based training increases the abilities to learn, listen, communicate, work in teams and solve problems. Employees advance toward higher skill levels at their own rate.
   WIN is voluntary, confidential and 92 percent of WIN participants have successfully raised their skill levels using the WIN curriculum software.
   An easy to use log-in process allows user to navigate through the following learning programs:
   -- Applied Mathematics
   -- Applied Technology
   -- Listening
   -- Locating Information
   -- Observation
   -- Reading for Information
   -- Teamwork
   -- Writing
   -- Business Writing
   -- Work Habits
