76th MXW Training Office launches new program Published Oct. 25, 2007 By 76th Maintenance Wing Training Office TINKER AIR FORCE BASE -- The 76th Maintenance Wing Training office has launched a new employee enhancement program to the wing. Worldwide Interactive Program is an easy to use self-study program to increase essential workplace skills, at work or in the comfort of your home. Regardless of your educational level, this computer based training increases the abilities to learn, listen, communicate, work in teams and solve problems. Employees advance toward higher skill levels at their own rate. WIN is voluntary, confidential and 92 percent of WIN participants have successfully raised their skill levels using the WIN curriculum software. An easy to use log-in process allows user to navigate through the following learning programs: -- Applied Mathematics -- Applied Technology -- Listening -- Locating Information -- Observation -- Reading for Information -- Teamwork -- Writing -- Business Writing -- Work Habits In the event of limited computer access or privacy in your organization, we are excited to offer the computer training stations at the MXW University, located in Bldg. 2122.
