Additionally, Airman VonArx input more than 3,100 pay entitlement documents exceeding $750,000 with a 99 percent accuracy rate. She maintained an excellent 4.8 out of 5 customer service rating with many feedbacks stating; "The best customer service ever received." Moving back to Customer Service, she computed and collected $165,000 in miscellaneous debts with a 100 percent accuracy assuring customer confidence. Airman VonArx volunteered to deploy as a Third Country National Escort in September 2005 where she protected 1,400 base personnel and $900 million worth of American aircraft assets.
