TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Col. Yogi L. Lebby succeeded Col. Fencisco Harris as commander of the 76th Propulsion Maintenance Group in an assumption of command ceremony held here, June 27, 2025.
Brig. Gen. Brian Moore, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex commander, presided over the ceremony.
The assumption of command is a military tradition that formally signifies the transfer of responsibility from one commanding officer to another when the previous commander has left for another assignment, as seen in Harris’ recent move to commanding the 72nd Air Base Wing and installation.
Lebby will be commanding the 76th PMXG for propulsion, maintenance, manufacture, repair and overhaul to deliver safe, reliable engines and components on time and on cost.
